hi. i want to put the link on picture on my site which is based on joomla template. can any1 help me? im new to webdesign :D
i use dreamweaver as editor, joomla is a new world 4 me n im geting lost. site im working on is not made by me n im suposed toedit it n put link on already existing picture on index page. thnx ppl :)

I am working on content for a non-profit organization’s website. They are just getting started building their site and the person they used installed Joomla and used a template for Joomla. I think it looks plain and boring. I would like to offer a custom design to the client, but will she still be able to use Joomla to maintain it?
Or should I upgrade to Dreamweaver CS4 and offer their "InContext Editing"? This client is not computer or website savvy.
