I have got a domain name and hosting too couple of months back but I am not able to create a website. Web designer people are charging very high that I can not afford it. Do you know any software that I can create a FLASH WEBSITE without having any knowledge in flash?

I have ZERO experience in building websites, but want to buy a premium flash website template that I can drag and drop myy pics and text into. I don’t want to have to fool around with Adobe Flash, Dreamweaver, etc. Simply DRAG AND DROP my pics and text into it and customize the names of the pages to fit what I need. Don’t want to spend more than -80.
